Student Refunds

 Expecting a Refund?
If you have an anticipated credit for your current term, please be sure that sign up for either direct deposit or the re-loadable debit card on caldwellchoice.afford.com. If you are already registered please be sure that your banking information is up to date. Refunds will not start until mid semester.
If you have never registered for this service-
Don’t wait- go on line now and register at caldwellchoice.afford.com, to be sure that you will get your refund as fast as possible!!!
 
*After you register you will receive an email when the funds will be disbursed.

Billing Information

Please check your student portal to be sure that you do not have a hold preventing registration.  Students who have balances for the fall semester should contact the bursar's office to make payment before the registration start dates. 

FAFSA Information

It is not too late to file your 2016-17 FAFSA application.
If you have not already done so, go to www.Fafsa.ed.gov and complete the 2016-17 application ASAP.

NEW! Starting this year you may begin filing your 2017-18 FAFSA application after October 1, 2016 at www.Fafsa.ed.gov. The New Jersey State Grant Deadline has been moved up to April 1, 2017 for the 2017-18 academic year. Please do not delay and lose out on important funding.
 
Caldwell funds are limited, so don’t miss out on your grants and loans – FILE YOUR FAFSA TODAY!

*Tuesday and Wednesday evenings advisement available by appt only
*Wednesday evening Financial Aid available for drop ins, but appts are encouraged.


-Cash Payments and diploma pick up are not available after 4:30 on late nights unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Meeting with advisors is by appointment.
-Not all departments are available during late night hours

To login, use your NetID and password
 
Caldwell University has implemented a 90 day password expiration policy and requires strong NetID passwords .
Passwords will need to be a minimum of 8 characters with at least 3 of the 4 characteristics below:
-upper case letters
-lower case letters
-numerals
-symbols 

Be sure to setup your security questions or contact number in Cougar Apps which will allow you to unlock or change your password automatically.

If you never received your NetID and have been accepted as a student or are student returning to Caldwell University please fill out the NetID Request Form

Applicants

If you have applied to Caldwell University you will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the portal to check your status.
The email will include your student ID number and a password.
