Student Refunds

 Expecting a Refund?
If you have an anticipated credit for your current term, please be sure that sign up for either direct deposit or the re-loadable debit card on If you are already registered please be sure that your banking information is up to date. Refunds will not start until mid semester.
If you have never registered for this service-
Don’t wait- go on line now and register at, to be sure that you will get your refund as fast as possible!!!
*After you register you will receive an email when the funds will be disbursed.

Billing Information

Fall 2016 tuition bills are now available on your student portal.  If you are anticipating financial aid and it is not showing on your bill, please contact the financial aid department.    Billing due date is August 26th, a late payment fee of $75.00 will be charged after this date.

FAFSA Information

It is time to renew your FAFSA application.

Go to  and complete the 2015-16 application.

The Priority Deadline is  April 1st.
The New Jersey State Grant Deadline is  June 1st.
Caldwell funds are limited, so don’t miss out on your grants and loans – FILE YOUR FAFSA TODAY!

-Cash Payments and diploma pick up are not available after 4:30 on late nights unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Meeting with advisors is by appointment.
-Not all departments are available during late night hours

Caldwell University has implemented a 90 day password expiration policy and requires strong NetID passwords .
Passwords will need to be a minimum of 8 characters with at least 3 of the 4 characteristics below:
-upper case letters
-lower case letters

If you have applied to Caldwell University you will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the portal to check your status.
