Due to ongoing construction on campus, the following offices have moved to new, temporary locations for the Spring 2015 semester:
  • The Bursar's Office is now Located in Aquinas 107 
  • The Registrar's Office is now located in the Jennings Library Conference Room 
  • The  Campus Safety and Security Office and ID Room  are located on the first floor of the Student Center, room 119 near mail and copy center.

Important Registration Information

Registration for Summer & Fall 2015 Semester begins April 13th. Course offering materials will be available March 30th.

Remember to consult with your advisor before registering and file your FAFSA for the upcoming year if you have not done so.

         27 Last Day to Withdraw from Class with a "W"

         30 Summer/Fall Registration Materials Available

April

        1-3 Easter Break- No Evening Classes (Begins 4:15pm)

           6 Classes Resume at 4:15 (No Day Classes)

         13 Summer/Fall Registration Begins

         21 Last Day to Withdraw with "WP" or "WF" 

May

           1 Deadline for Graduation Applications for December 2015 Degree Completion

      8-14  Final Exams Week

         17  Commencement for December 2014, May 2015, and Summer 2015 Graduates

 

 Dates for Accelerated On-Campus, Online, and Post-Bac Classes  

March

          28  Classes Begin for  Online Session B

April

             4  Easter Break-No Class

          11  Last Day to Withdraw from an On-Campus Session B Class

          18  Last Day to Withdraw from an Online Session B Class or an Online Session C Class

May

            9  Final Exams for On-Campus Session B and Post Bac Courses

      8-14  Final Exams for  Online Session B and Online Session C

 

 

Student Refunds

 Expecting a Refund?
We are about to start disbursing student refunds but you must sign up for either Direct deposit to your bank account, or for a re-loadable debit card.
If you have never registered for this service-
Don’t wait- go on line now and register at caldwellchoice.afford.com, to be sure that you will get your refund as fast as possible!!!
*After you register you will receive an email when the funds will be disbursed.

FAFSA Information

It is time to renew your FAFSA application.

Go to  www.Fafsa.ed.gov  and complete the 2015-16 application.

The Priority Deadline is  April 1st.
The New Jersey State Grant Deadline is  June 1st.
 
Caldwell funds are limited, so don’t miss out on your grants and loans – FILE YOUR FAFSA TODAY!

Passwords will need to be a minimum of 8 characters with at least 3 of the 4 characteristics below:

Applicants

If you have applied to Caldwell University you will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the portal to check your status.
The email will include your student ID number and a password.
