Due to ongoing construction on campus, the following offices have moved to new, temporary locations for the Spring 2015 semester:
  • The Bursrar's Office is now Located in Aquinas 107 
  • The Registrar's Office is now located in the Jennings Library Conference Room 
  • The  Campus Safety and Security Office and ID Room  are located on the first floor of the Student Center, room 119 near mail and copy center.

Important Message from the Bursar’s Office

Winter/Spring Tuition Bills will be available for viewing on your portal beginning December 10th.  Bills will be mailed to home address on file, the week of December 15th.  Please be sure to review all enclosed paperwork and remember to return your payment worksheet indicating how payment will be made.   Payment due date for spring bills is January 15th.  A $75.00 late fee will be charged for payments made after this date.

**Please note that the Bursar’s Office will be relocating to Room 107 in Aquinas Hall beginning on December  19th .

We are about to start disbursing student refunds but you must sign up for either Direct deposit to your bank account, or for a re-loadable debit card.
If you have never registered for this service-
Don’t wait- go on line now and register at, to be sure that you will get your refund as fast as possible!!!
*After you register you will receive an email when the funds will be disbursed.

Caldwell University has implemented a 90 day password expiration policy and requires strong NetID passwords .
Passwords will need to be a minimum of 8 characters with at least 3 of the 4 characteristics below:
-upper case letters
-lower case letters

If you have applied to Caldwell University you will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the portal to check your status.
The email will include your student ID number and a password.
