For each form, you can configure the system to automatically send confirmation e-mails to users when they submit that form successfully. Similarly, your system can be set up to send unsuccessful e-mail notifications to users when their attempts to submit forms fail. You use e-mail templates to set up this functionality. You can create templates from scratch or you can import templates that are used by another form.
